FAQs
Who can enter?
Any podcaster. For Free.
Podcasting in audio, video, audio and video? If you think it's good then submit.
Send us your podcast, host, guest, episode, producer, editor - anyone and we'll take a look at their published work.
Again - if they are a podcaster, or contribute to the podcast community, submit them for competition.
*Each award cycle creates the competition pool. If you enter this cycle, and you don't win - we will notify you and ask you if you would like to enter the next cycle. Everyone gets better with more reps and we'll give you a fresh look by people who are actual in the world of podcasting - not opinion makers.

If you want us to tell you the things we love about your show, we ask for a $90 donation that helps us offset the cost of this website, secure communication with the judges, the physical awards if you attend the event, helps secure the venue, and well - you get it.
We aren't a business; we're a community. There is no "business model" designed to grab more money but we appreciate your contributions to our efforts.
We're looking at your show anyway, why not get the notes about what we liked and share what other podcasters think about your show using our name? This helps us help you and that's what we are all about!
Can I submit multiple podcasts?
Judges are podcasters. They are people who have experience in the world of podcasting and are asked to join our panel through our founder, Joshua 'Atlas' Aultman.
In the past, Atlas has assembled judges with years of experience, millions of downloads/views, and people who have published thousands of podcasts. If you fit one of these categories, and would like to help us judge our next round of winners, send an email to the address below - we'd love to have help BUT you will be validated.
What categories are available?
Categories include:
-Best podcast (International Prestige in Podcasting). This is our main award! This isn't your show compared to a top 10 internationally "charting shows", it's your show against others that submitted for the award cycle we are in. Our judges will look at a minimum of 10 current shows to determine which has the best in high-quality content, the right amount of editing, flow between host(s) and guest(s), film work, and potential to grow.
-Top studio (International Prestigious Studio). Judges will look at 3 podcasts published out of your studio; they will look at consistency, public feedback, and the potential to continue to grow the podcasting community through contributions for the greater good. For the 3 podcasts that we look at, yes, you can recommend them with submission.
-1 Million views/downloads. If you have a guest that earned your show massive attention, recognize them. Does your YouTube channel have 1 million views, submit for recognition. We will validate and spotlight you from our social media account and if you'd like, we'll recognize you/them at one of our events.
***NEW to 2026***
-Excellence in engineering (no winners to date) - sound, video experts need to know they are excellent too. Do you have an engineer that exceeds expectations? Submit them for recognition.
-Excellence in editing (no winners to date) - the workhorse of many shows, let's recognize them. Same criteria, we will look at 10 clips from your channel or show. If submitting for audio editing, we will ask for specific clips and explanations.
*This is a refresh from our awards in 2025 to remove what our team found was geared toward U.S.-only recognition categories. We also added two more opportunities for recognition of up-and-coming talent that have proven worthy of an award.
Who are the judges?
Absolutely, each podcast requires its own separate submission.
